  1. I use this mill to make flour, about 4 quarts per week for bread and pizza dough, etc. Suddenly, I've been able to find the grain at a local Walmart, so I currently have 70lbs of grain in my kitchen in a food-safe, pest-proof wheeled storage container. Our bread costs about 25 cents a loaf, and we make a 1.5lb wholegrain loaf every day. Honey, olive oil, salt, yeast, water, whole wheat flour, and milk powder is it. Good stuff!
